What i read today was about Breck Scott the creator of Phalanx. Phalanx is a shot vaccine for normal rabies that Breck claimed could prevent African Rabies, which is what the zombification pathogen was called early on. He got rich off of Phalanx even though it did not do what he said.
I do not feel this was ethical at all. First of all the drug was rushed through the FDA with bribery. It did not work in the way he said said and no tests were done to see if it had any effect on “African.Rabies”. Also he clearly takes no responsibility for his actions, claiming he ended the recession with his snake oil drug and saved peoples lives.
It sounds like Breck Scott had an ulterior motive when creating this drug. To hell with the side effects!
